Tolerations and Procrastinations
They drain our energy. They come between who we are and feeling really good. First, we become aware of them, recognize them and then we articulate how they affect us. Handling these types of incompletions and frustrations, personally and with others, put us into momentum for change.
Completion with the Past
Coach University's Clean Sweep is used to rigorously investigate every category of self-care and to identify any lack of well being. The process establishes a framework in which to shift energy and focus out of the past and into the present.
Vision Work
Vision begins with an understanding and a verbalization of one's core values. Vision is the visualization of these core values, combined with an effective, well-planned goal strategy. With a coach, planning is incremental and intensive. Action sometimes demands that we bring the future into the present. This is Vision Work, and it enables accomplishments to become more tangible.
Time Management
To effectively manage time, one must become expert at realizing and organizing priorities. Management occurs afterward, when one can create a calendar that is both feasible and acceptable. A coach gives a client real insight into how to best organize and realize priorities permanently.
Quarterly Goals
Quarterly goals are imperative milestones in business. A coach's advice can help managers construct goals that make the most of incentive and potential. Vision, core values and strategic planning allow businesses to look forward while at the same time, concentrating on the reality of results. This allows business to be conducted in the present.
Success/Action Plan
This system allows clients to detail goals and objectives for a current quarter complete with completion dates and project leaders. With a coach's guidance, a client does not just focus on success but also works on the best ways to prevent potential problems.
Process Work
This is an ongoing check-in between coach and client where thoughts and feelings are examined and the relationship is reevaluated. As well, it is a time to study obstacles that block completion and devise a plan to overcome them.
The Spiritual Component
Spirituality is very subjective. A coach can guide clients to their spiritual capabilities, assisting them in creating a complete life. Ultimately, spirituality rejuvenates energy, focuses vision and brings resolve. With a coach, clients can harness this magnificent power and learn how to put it to its best use.
Promises and Commitments
As clients learn to commit to the coaching relationship and the work of the process, they also come to understand how promises and commitments can affect well being. This realization is opened up and then leveraged as a learning tool, enabling clients to better control these sometimes misunderstood concepts.
Family Map or Genogram
A genogram, a three-generational map of the family, is created with a coach. Using this tool patterns and strengths can be analyzed. A client is then able to make choices based on history. These are the choices that will ultimately change their opportunities, possibilities and potentials.
